![]() Then I came across this article that seems to indicate the exact opposite, and I have a hard time understanding why these articles seem contradictory, and if they are not, understanding in what Rust is better, and in what NodesJS is better. I started to do some research, and I had the impression that frameworks like Rocket or actix-web (framework in Rust) allow getting much better performance than what is done in nodeJS/ExpressJS. I need mainly to receive and send states of players interacting with their environment (we could say "Minecraft like") actix-web - Actix Web is a powerful, pragmatic, and extremely fast web framework for Rust. I would like to write a backend in the programming language/framework that would allow me to handle as many clients as possible. mini-redis - Incomplete Redis client and server implementation using Tokio - for learning purposes only sea-orm - An async & dynamic ORM for Rust Squirrel - Fluent SQL generation for golang Rocket - A web framework for Rust. I'm a beginner in the backend world, I don't understand yet how it all works, but I want to create a multiplayer web game (with threejs) that could handle a maximum of players on the same server.
